RCFC Mover provides moving, hauling, junk removal, deliveries, transport, and related services in Florida. The scope of work, scheduling, and pricing for any specific job will be confirmed with you in writing or by direct communication.
2. Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling
Service dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or scheduling conflicts. We'll communicate promptly if changes are needed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Last-minute changes may be subject to a fee where reasonable.
3. Pricing & payment
We provide upfront estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may vary if conditions on site differ materially from what was described. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for certain larger jobs.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the items and access to the property.
- Disclose any hazardous materials, structural concerns, or unusual access issues before the job.
- Ensure a safe and lawful means of access to the property and items.
- Remove or secure pets, valuables, and items not intended for service.
5. Prohibited items
We cannot accept certain hazardous, illegal, or otherwise restricted items, including but not limited to flammable liquids, certain chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and other materials regulated by law. Contact us with questions about specific items.
6. Limitations of liability & warranty disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We strive to perform services with reasonable professional care, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCFC Mover's liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Insurance
RCFC Mover maintains general liability and other applicable insurance for our services in Florida. Details of coverage are available on request. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own homeowners, renters, or commercial insurance as appropriate.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Any online quote, booking, or estimate tools are provided for convenience and are not a binding offer until confirmed by RCFC Mover.
9. Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
